Conveyor Idlers (Roller Base- Axle - main frame) – Conveyor Roller Stations

Are used in 500-600-700-750-800-1000-1200-1400-1600-2000 mm bands for supporting conveyor rollers mounted thereon. Our firm manufactures every type of conveyor idlers besides manufacturing and selling the traverse parts which constitutes the spare parts of them. Traverse parts of conveyor roller idlers are produced 80mm x 8mm – 60mm x 6mm or 40mm x 4mm dimensions however optionally they can be produced separately (piecemeal) or mounted to NPU material by welding. Depending on the usage they are named as:

1. Conveyor Carrier roller station – conveyor carrier idler (base- axle- main frame)
2. Conveyor Return Roller Station – Conveyor Return Roller Idler (base – axle - main frame)
3. Conveyor Impact Roller Station – Conveyor impact roller Idler (base- axle - main frame)
4. Conveyor Carrier Guide Roller Station – Conveyor Carrier Guide Roller Idler (base- axle-main frame)
5. Conveyor Return Guide Roller Station – Conveyor Return Guide Roller Idler (base- axle - main frame- chassis)
