Conveyor Shaft
We use C1040 or C1050 quality shaft or transmission steel shaft in conveyor roller production (carrier roller, impact roller, return roller, and guide roller). The steel shaft can only enter production after passing physical and chemical tests applied and diameter measuring and roundness control tests are done. We can use optionally 20-25-30-40-50mm diameter transmission shafts directly or we process two ends of C1040 or C1050 type steel in 22-27-32-41-51mm diameters in H7 clearance with CNC turning lathe in the production of conveyor roller shafts.
Shafts of conveyor rollers maintain the connection of rollers to the system. The load or force applied to the conveyor rollers tests the endurance of shaft afterwards effects the pipe and the bearings. When the quality and temper of the material used for conveyor roller shaft is less tempered than usual then the shaft will bend easily under load and results in malfunction the conveyor roller or when it is more than required then the material will be broken under load again damage the conveyor roller and stop the whole system.
