Being transportation and conveying elements, conveyor systems have been used in a variety of areas and even entered our daily lives (supermarkets, airports). Our working area, however, is based on steel construction conveyor roller systems which are used in mainly industry such as thermal power plants, mining industry, stone quarries, cement plants, wheat powder plants, fertilizer plants, ceramic plants and in airports as transportation and conveying element. Conveyor rollers are the most important part of these systems similar to the wheels on a car or the walking organs in the human body. Therefore, in order to maintain efficient operation for conveyor rollers, not only should a conveyor system be well designed but also selection, processing, design and assembly of each component (pipe, bolt, bearing bushing, back seal, bearing seal, front seal, plastics labyrinth sealing, bearing) used in the production of conveyor system should be of good quality. The non-spinning of conveyor rollers can cause the system work ineffectively so there should be used high quality roller. Bending, leakage and under load radial tests are applied to the manufactured products at the end of intermediary inspections. After that, they are packaged in order to be not deformed and shipped to the manufacturer. Our firm excessively cares for the following criteria in manufacturing conveyor rollers.
