Conveyor Impact Rollers (Rubber Rollers)
In order to fix the position the goods to be conveyed and absorb the impact effect when they are thrown or dropped, this type of conveyor roller is used and it named as rubber conveyor roller (rubber roller - impact roller) in conveyor idlers. Paying attention to the manufacturing considerations like other rollers, the exterior diameter of rubber components should be equilized to the exterior diameters of the carrier rollers, during manufacturing of impact rollers. Shore, stiffness and density of the rubbers have crutial importance in functioning of the conveyor roller in conveyor system. Rubbers of the impact rollers should be stricly adhered to the exterior face of the tubes in order to have high resistance. The steel rings are mounted to the exterior faces of two ends of the pipe after putting the rubber rings there over for their non-slipping. Otherwise rubber rollers may deform and slide over the pipe when loaded, and the load may bend to the small diametered roller, while carrier rollers may be affected from this condition getting slower the system and also result in a quick failure.
